Premier Designs Construction was founded six years ago by Jay, who saw an opportunity to approach residential construction differently. Frustrated by the lack of transparency and communication in the industry, Jay set out to create a company that would help Tampa Bay homeowners bring their visions to reality—whether through remodeling, home additions, or custom builds—without the stress and uncertainty that too often comes with construction projects.

Jay leads the company as owner and project manager, working alongside project manager Obi and a dedicated office and permitting specialist.
